Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.&#8221; <\/em>Psalm 139:14<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-bbec1f5\" data-id=\"bbec1f5\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c7a4194 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c7a4194\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Shabbat shalom Sisters.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to share our journey of keeping The Sabbath day.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before that, let us see what \u201cShabbat shalom means.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Greeting or departing line (hello or goodbye) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cShabbat shalom \u2013 <\/span><b>Sabbath peace<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">used on or during the few days leading up to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jel.jewish-languages.org\/words\/488\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shabbat<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Literally &#8220;peaceful Sabbath.&#8221;, but this greeting<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means far more than \u201chave a peaceful and restful day.\u201d <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What we are really saying is: May you be restored to wholeness on the blessed Sabbath! Praise God for unity the children of Israel with an eternal shalom. Amen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What we will be sharing in this post.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our journey keeping the Sabbath day.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How God designed this day and what he expected of us.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Our journey keeping the Sabbath day.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, it is important to mention that we did not grow up keeping the Sabbath day, the reality is we grew up with the understanding that \u201cThe law\u201d is done with.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Today I can see how this wrong understanding deviates the people of God to walk in full fulfillment of his will but Praise to our Father to awaken us to his true word and will.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When my family started keeping the Shabbat, we started to rest on Sundays, Why? Honestly, because we were doing the Christians traditional of \u201cSunday Church\u2019s, but Praise to our Father for inlight us to understand that Sabbath = Saturday, well this is not so hard to understand but it\u2019s hard to change.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is hard when the peoples around you are not walking with the same understanding, amen and amen for God strength, we choose to obey God\u2019s Holy day on the right day, I believe this was the first big change in this journey, first, we started to do something new as keep the sabbath and also we kept on the right day, been against what the brothers of the church follow.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, rest means, rest doing everything that we would like to do for our own rest, so, in the beginning, we used the sabbath to go to different places like, beach, eat out, meet friends, and hang out, cook nice meals at home, etc. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But God gave us specific instructions about how and what to do on this day, so after continuing learning how to keep this day as God designed we realize that we were not fulfilling exactly what he wants for us, his people, the children of Israel. \u2764\ufe0f<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 18px; padding-top: 0px; font-style: normal; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-variant-east-asian: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 20px; line-height: 1.8; font-family: 'Brandon Grotesque'; color: #464b4e; letter-spacing: 0.2em; text-align: center;\">I hope this message can encourage you in your own journey.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-16 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c918a11\" data-id=\"c918a11\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shabbat Shalom By: Sisters in Christ &#8220;I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
