“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened.”

Luke 11:9-10

Hello Sisters,  we are glad to have you here.

In this post, we will share a wall art Visualizer in a PDF file that you can download. God helped us create an affirmation art with some of the characteristics that God expects of us.

Let us understand the value of Visualization and Affirmations.

Affirmation is the practice of positive thinking and fostering a belief by writing down statements or phrases in the present tense. It’s the process of repeating new thoughts and images to rewire the subconscious mind for success. For this technique to be effective, repeat a set of positive statements or phrases by linking them to a particular feeling or idea, in this case, we have God and His Son Jesus Christ to look for and to be transformed by his word.

The Holy Spirit is our bigger helper, I believe that if you wake up every day, read the bible and pray for the Holy Spirit to transform you according to his will, if you believe, he will fulfill the desire of your heart.

The brain is very powerful, and thoughts that are repeated over some time can turn into reality.

Our subconscious mind plays a vital role in manifesting and achieving our goals, and many of our habits are controlled by our subconscious mind. So, in order to reprogram your brain for success, change your thoughts and habits.

Changing the way you think changes your perspective which changes how you act in the world.

“For it is not you who speak, but it is the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.” Matthew 10:20

Jesus challenged people to change their thinking because regardless of how many times you read through the Bible if your mind doesn’t change, you will simply impose your biases and labels on the words you read.

“I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;” Deuteronomy 30:19

“As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit which is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from now and forever.” Isaiah 59:21

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8

The Good News: These verses serve as a reminder that we can trust in God to change us and this will help in our salvation and also in the lives of those is around us.

START BY VISUALIZING YOUR IDEAL SELF

Well, we are followers of Jesus, so He needs to be our ideal Self. Christ’s personality is the key to our salvation.

How can add this visualizer to your routine?

Here is an example of how I use this visualizer affirmation.

  • I wake up and do my intentional prayer.
  • After I pray for the Holy Spirit to guide my bible reading and show me what He wants to review then I read the bible. This can be your personal bible time.
  • When I am starting to be ready for the day I hang the Visualizer Affirmations in my bathroom so as I prepare myself for the day I read a load of these affirmations looking in the mirror.

The reality’s all the time when I go to the bathroom I see the Art wall and I repeat some of the Affirmations.

This is helping me, and I pray for the Holy Spirit to transform me and every Sister that desires to be transformed.

Remember Sister when we conform ourselves to God’s will we also need to make effort to change our ways, so this is a reminder of what we constantly need to do to change and if we see that some things only God can change, we put in His hands and we continue doing what we can do. Let us keep knocking on the door.

“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened.” Luke 11:9-10

I hope you will be blessed with this Art.

Wall art Visualizer in a PDF file information:

You can download this PDF file for free, the art size is 8×10.

After you download you can print using different paper, I used heavy-weight white paper (216 gsm or up) or you can use a printer paper glossy, and I used a frame that I already have and I replace the photo for this Visualizer affirmation.

We create two different Arts, one for wives and one for Sisters that are still under the parent’s authority.

This wall art Visualizer is to encourage wives in their own journey.

This wall art Visualizer is to encourage Sisters that is under the parents authority in their own journey.

Bellow is a very important order of God.

Do not do what you learned in Egypt.

Do not do what they do in Canaan.

Israel the peoples chosen by God had been living around peoples that have other cultures, costumes, and gods. God already alerted them do not learn or do what they were doing.

“We can see God’s love and care for his peoples, as a great Father”.

In this post, we will learn specific topics about Uncovering their Nakedness.

What Did Noah’s Youngest Son Do?

Genesis 9:22-25

22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.

23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness.

24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.

25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

5 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the Lord.

6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the Lord.

7 The nakedness of thy father, or the nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

8 The nakedness of thy father’s wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thy father’s nakedness.

9 The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.

10 The nakedness of thy son’s daughter, or of thy daughter’s daughter, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover: for theirs is thine own nakedness.

11 The nakedness of thy father’s wife’s daughter, begotten of thy father, she is thy sister, thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

12 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father’s sister: she is thy father’s near kinswoman.

13 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother’s sister: for she is thy mother’s near kinswoman.

14 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father’s brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is thine aunt.

15 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy daughter in law: she is thy son’s wife; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.

16 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy brother’s wife: it is thy brother’s nakedness.

17 Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, neither shalt thou take her son’s daughter, or her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness.

18 Neither shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time.

This is amazing research on bible activities.

This is a amazing way to teach our children to identify the clean and unclean animals, according to God’s instructions.

The Animal Flashcard States the animal’s name, rather it is clean or unclean, and the clean/unclean characteristics of the animal.

Free and lovely flash cards, they are made for a wonderful create sister.

I hope this message can encourage you in your own journey to help your little ones learn about God.

Good Seed - Discernment of Spirits

Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.

Leviticus 19:31

Hello Sisters.

God put in my heart to share some information about what is behind the Disney brand.
I would like to share this in Love and ask those who like Disney, pray and ask God what he would like your family to immerse on.
Everything that does not promote God is against God.

Little leaven 🚫 Sisters, let us not hold our hands and influence or present our children around anything that is against God.

Spirit usually works like a seed, we can put it on the ground today, durant days, months, or years we nourish, and after the fruit come.

After reading this post can seem like is not a big deal to make our children live in this “MAGICAL WORLD”, but remember Sisters, when the bad fruit come you will not understand where this “behavior” or attitude or lack of closeness with God come from, the answer can be just a BAD SEED that now starts bring out his fruit.

We as parents can prevent this, but for lack of obedience to the Holy Spirit or just for ignorance we allow our children to be like “The World” and do like they do, but the result will be like they fruits too. Let us be aware.

Never is too late to repent and change our way, God knows our heart, if today we practice anything that is against God, if we humble ourselves, He will forgive us.

Below are some screenshots of some information about  Classics Disney characters.

TEA TIME WITH GOD AND OUR LITTLE ONES

Good Seed - Tea Time

Sister in Christ Logo

By: Sisters in Christ

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”

Proverbs 3:5

Hello Sisters.

For a mom, raising a child is a big blessing.

We have a great opportunity to create infinity memories with our little ones, search their heart is a big mission, but with the help of God, he will help us understand every child’s needs, and by the word of God we can start to nourish and plant good seeds.

I  was blessed to have had this amazing experience in my childhood.

A cup of chamomile tea, crackers, or a simple piece of french bread with butter. Yes, simple like that, nothing fancy but a beautiful memory that I have with my mom.

Tea time with our little ones.

Let us embark on this amazing tradition.

Usually, I prepare some pantries or just put some fruits, crackers, bread together with a warm cup of tea. Everyone seat on the floor with some comfy pillows and here we go. Time to have a T.E.A Time (T- Teach, E- Encourage, and A-Adore) with God.

I grab our basket where a organized our bible books.

We pray, first giving thanks to God for preparing this time for us and asking for him his blessings and guidance.

God will guide us as moms to read what He wants us to read. Sometimes can be how some people’s life was affected/changed because they had obeyed God and listened to His calling, like the stories of Abraham, or what happen when someone did not obey God’s word like Jonah.

I believe how important is for us to share the consequences of our choices. This is a very important skill of life, and also in this time, I trust that the Holy Spirit is working in their souls and hearts building a Chris personality.

Intentionally nourishing, encouraging, and strengthening our little ones in this time is the best gift we can give them.

Let us help our child to learn to abide in God’s plan, it would all work out for His glory.

I hope this message can encourage you in your own journey to help your little ones learn about God.

BUILDING A STRONG SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION AT HOME

Good Seed - Bible Learning

Sister in Christ Logo

By: Sisters in Christ

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 22:6

Hello Sisters.

Hello Sisters.

I would like to share something that my family has been doing for about 4 years. The family devotion that we call “Morning Portion”.

BIBLE READING – MORNING PORTION

PRAYING TOGETHER This is a very important part of our time! Often my husband will open the Bible time with a prayer, but at the end, we allow anyone, even the little ones, to pray. We sometimes have to instruct during this time about what is appropriate behavior for praying together and about the right attitudes and heart postures.

We read a portion of God’s Word, we have been amazed at how much they understand!

I encourage all the families to do this, put God first. Eat our spiritual daily bread, and help our little ones to learn to build a personal relationship with God.

AFTERNOON BIBLE TIME BASKET

At some part of the day, usually in the afternoons, we have a basket of Bible-related books. We usually read some of the books, chat about the character of the messages, this is a relaxing time, we put pillows on the floor and we enjoy a Tea time with God eating some yummy yummy snacks. We intentionally use this time to enjoy reading God’s words and teach some good manners.

  • Chat Afterward: After Bible Time, I love to talk afterward about what they saw and thought, and felt during this time. Is very important we strive to reach the heart of our children, and I know that this time is when they really open themselves to different matters they are going through.

BEFORE BEDTIME – BIBLE TIME

Before Bedtime my husband has a special time with the children.

They read the Bible, they go through some Bible verses memorization, usually God’s commandments, my husband prays for the children’s lives. This is a very special time.

This is what my family is doing for some time already, and Praise God is bringing good fruits.

I hope this message can encourage you in your own journey to help your little ones learn about God.

Please, Sisters, share in the comments below what are you doing to nourish our children’s hearts.

Carrabba’s Olive Oil Bread Dip

Nourishing our Body

Sister in Christ Logo

By: Sisters in Christ

“And houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full;” Deuteronomy 6:11

Carrabba’s Olive Oil Bread Dip

IMG_1140 2

Yield: 8 portions

1 tbsp each portion

Prep Time: 15 min

10 ingredients or less

No cooking need it

Total Time: 20 min

▸ ▹intense flavor, intense aroma, amazing healthy benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 cloves fresh crushed garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil

If you choose to use dried herbs, the ratio is 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs for every 1 teaspoon of dried chopped herbs. You also can use a mix of dried and fresh herbs.

Directions:

  1. Combine crushed red pepper, black pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, sea salt, and crush garlic. Mix well.
  2. If serving immediately, place the dry spice mixture on a shallow plate. Drizzle desired amount of extra virgin olive oil over, serve. Wait to combine extra virgin olive oil and dry spices until right before serving.

You can even mix and match fresh with dried and add a few of your own, like thyme or a dash of dried minced onion or garlic for more texture and crunch. A dash of balsamic vinegar or a few grates of fresh parmesan cheese is also great.

What is the best bread for dipping?  For this type of bread, choose something that is hearty enough to tear and sop up the spices and olive oil. These are my favorites:

  • Sourdough Focaccia
  • Italian bread (loaf)
  • Sourdough bread
  • French bread
  • Olive bread
  • Naan, pita, or flatbread

What Else Can I Use It For? Clearly, these aren’t just bread dipping spices, they are really an all-purpose Italian blend of deliciousness. Homemade Italian seasoning!

The spice blend will brighten up any pasta dish, it can be sprinkled on a salad coupled with a few dashes of red wine vinegar or used to season chicken, beef, or vegetables. Blend it with cream cheese or sour cream for a lovely spread or sauce.

Shelf Life & Storage

If you used fresh herbs we recommended consuming them on the same day.

Dry mix can be made ahead and stored at room temperature in an airtight container and the shelf life is good for several weeks. The salt is a natural preservative.

If you know it won’t be used for a long time, omit the fresh garlic and add a teaspoon of garlic powder instead. Or you can include a cute note asking to “just add fresh garlic to serve”.

I hope you enjoy and share this recipe with your be lovely ones.

Sourdough Challah Bread

Nourishing our Body

Sister in Christ Logo

By: Sisters in Christ

“And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.” Deuteronomy 8:3

Sourdough Challah Bread

Yield: 1 large loaf

10 ingredients or less

Prep Time: 25 min

Resting Time: +/- 8 hours

Cooking Time: 25 min

Total Time: 50 min

▸ ▹Crisp, chewy, and fluffy  Sourdough bagels.

Ingredients:

For the sourdough levain, make 8-12 hours before mixing the dough:

  • 2 tbsp Sourdough starter very active, fully fermented that was refreshed in past 12 hours
  • 1/3 warm water about 75-80˚
  • 2/3 g bread flour or all-purpose flour

For final dough:

  • 1/3 warm water
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 large eggs plus 1 for glazing
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Avocado oil or oil of choice
  • 1/4 sugar or sub. honey
  • 2 1/2 bread flour or all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 of the fully fermented starter made in step 1

Directions:

Recipe Prep, Make the Levain

  1. Levain: Knead starter into the water until beginning to dissolve. Add flour. Knead until smooth. It is very thick so using hands to knead it will help all the water to get absorbed. If it feels too dry, add a few drops of water. Cover and keep at room temperature for the sourdough levain to ferment and become active (this takes 8-12 hours). I usually do this before to go rest, so the levain rest overnight.

Baking Day

  1. Mix: In a large bowl, combine water,  2 eggs, oil, and sugar. Whisk until well beaten until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in bread flour. Use a spoon, dough scraper, or your hands. Mix until all ingredients are combined and there is no dry flour left the least add the salt and Knead until is dissolved.
  2. Knead: Transfer the dough to an unfloured clean work surface. Measure 200 grams of the sourdough levain and add it to the dough. Knead the levain into the dough mixture for 10 to 15 minutes or until the levain is fully incorporated. The dough should be smooth and release easily from the work surface.
  3. Bulk fermentation: Clean the mixing bowl with warm water to create a warm environment for the dough, or use a different dough container. Put the dough in the bowl, cover, and let ferment for 3 to 5 hours until the dough is smooth and doubled in volume.
  4. Prepare baking dish: Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Divide: Divide dough into two portions for the 2 loaves. Divide again in 3 portions for the braid.  Well depend of the style of the bread that you will like to make the dough will be separate in different parts. I usually make a normal braid.
  6. Preshape: Lightly flour work surface, roll out a portion of dough into a flat long skinny rectangle. To make a long roll, roll up a long side into a spiral. Repeat with the remaining 3 portions of dough.
  7. Braiding: You can braid this bread according to your desire, there are so many tutorials of different braiding styles.
  8. Proof: Cover with plastic wrap, loosely to allow room to expand. Proof for 4-6 hours, until tripled in size (check readiness by lightly pressing dough with finger, if dough springs back wait longer, if indentation stays, it’s ready). A warm environment, protected from drafts is optimal.
  9. Preheat oven: 20 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 350˚, put baking stone (if you do not have a baking stone, bake straight on the baking sheet) in the oven to preheat on middle rack, place rimmed pan with water on lower rack.
  10. Egg wash for a more shine bread: Meanwhile, whisk 1 egg with 1 t. water and brush onto loaves for the glaze. Sprinkle loaves with sesame or poppy seeds, if desired (this is optional).
  11. Baking: Carefully transfer loaves to heated baking stone with parchment underneath. Bake 25 minutes, then remove pan of water, close oven, and bake about 10 minutes longer, until browned.
  12. Cool: Put challah on a cooling rack to cool for 20-40 minutes.

I hope you enjoy and share this recipe with your be lovely ones.

SOURDOUGH BAGELS

Nourishing our Body

By: Sisters in Christ

“So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah, and said, “Quickly, prepare three measures of fine flour, knead it and make bread cakes.” Genesis 18:6

SOURDOUGH BAGELS

IMG_1680

Yield: 10 Bagels

10 ingredients or less

Prep Time: 35 min

Resting Time: +/- 9 hours

Cooking Time: 25 min

Total Time:  45 min

▸ ▹Crisp, chewy, and fluffy  Sourdough bagels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bubbly, active 100% hydration sourdough starter
  • 1-¼ cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon fine salt
  • Flour or semolina for proofing

FOR BOILING

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

FOR TOPPING

  • ½ cup of any combination of poppy seeds, everything bagels, sesame seeds, flaky salt, oregano, etc

Directions:

  1. Mix in a standard large bowl with a fork or whisk. your bubbly, active starter with the water and honey or maple syrup until well-combined.
  2. Add in about 4 cups of flour, knead the dough by hand on a countertop until smooth and pliable if is necessary add the less cup of flour. the least adds the salt and knead until the dough is smooth and somewhat pliable about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Shape into a ball (return to bowl, if applicable) and cover the bowl with a plastic or towel. Rest 6 hours.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces for large bagels or 10 equal pieces for smaller ones. Shape each piece into a small ball by tucking the corners underneath, cupping the dough, and rolling it in a circular fashion on a clean, flour-free countertop. This helps to create surface tension and a skin on the ball.
  5. Cover dough balls and rest for another 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle generously with flour or semolina. Note: If you make 10 bagels, you will need to use 2 baking sheets.
  6. To shape the bagels, you have 2 options: 1. Flatten the ball of dough into a disc and use your fingertips to roll into a log about 8-inches long. Wrap the log around your three middle fingers with the ends overlapping by 2″ on the inside of your hand. Roll gently, palm down, until the ends are joined together. This will create a larger hole in the centre of the bagel. 2. Poke a hole with your finger directly through the centre of the dough ball. Insert both index fingers into the hole and roll fingers around each other to stretch out the centre (like a barrel roll) until it’s about the size of a walnut. This will create a smaller bagel hole but is much faster and more efficient to do. Place on the lined baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the bagels. This is a fun step to do with kids 3+
  7. Cover the shaped bagels with a towel, let them proof at room temperature for 2.5 – 4.5 hours, or until puffy. This could take more time, depending on the temperature in your house. Take a test bagel and place it in cold water. If it floats, they’re done proofing. Dry the test bagel off and return it to the baking sheet. If it sinks, it still needs to prove longer.
    1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place toppings on flat plates, so they are ready to go.
    2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add the baking soda and brown sugar. Gently place the bagels, a couple at a time, into the water. Boil for 15-20 seconds on each side.
    3. Remove boiled bagels with a slotted spoon to get rid of most of the water.
    4. Shake off excess water and immediately sprinkle the top of the bagel with the desired toppings. Repeat this process with the remaining bagels.
    5. Place the baking sheet into the center of the oven and turn it down to 400°F (200°C).
    6. Bake for 18 – 22 minutes or until golden on top. Cool on a wire rack until ready to serve.

JOURNALING PROMPTS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Nourishing our Mind

Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The Lord paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the Lord and esteemed his name.”

Malachi 3:16

STARTING TO JOURNAL

Hello Sisters,  we are glad to have you here.

In this post, with the help of God, we will share some ways and benefits of journaling.

Let us understand the value of putting pen to paper to know Christ more through the Word and also know us. If we’ve reached a point in life where we find ourselves asking, “Who am I in Christ?” some self-discovery can help us get to know ourselves a little better.

Self-discovery might sound like a big, intimidating concept, but it’s just a process of:

  • examining your life
  • figuring out what’s missing
  • taking steps toward fulfillment

We need to take time to meditate about our ways and why we are in the way are, and what needs to change, improve or take away from us.

Journaling is also an amazing way to talk to God.

There’s no better time for self-exploration than the present, so here are some tips to get you started.

START BY VISUALIZING YOUR IDEAL SELF

Well, we are followers of Jesus, so He needs to be our ideal Self.

Maybe our life has gone pretty smoothly according to the influences of our parents, teachers, friends, and others. Some influences help us to be like Jesus but some probably not.  So now is a great opportunity to filter everything that does not make us walk the path that God left for us, and let it go away.

Let us start asking ourselves things like:

  • Where am I in Christ?
  • What do I need to change?
  • Where do I need to improve?
  • What needs to go? (This can be habits, sins, relationships, etc.)
  • What is my calling?
  • Am I living to fulfill my will in this life or to fulfill the will of God?

Then, apply these questions to all areas of your life.

Sisters, the questions will come as a raining traying wash our ways. Please be open to this cleanness.

The answers to these questions can give you a starting place. If you get stuck, go to the word of God and he will answer you.

ASK, SEEK, KNOCK

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8

Putting pen to paper helps us sift through thoughts, struggles, questions, and frustrations. As we write, pray, and read the Word of God, the Holy Spirit speaks the truth, answering questions, and clears the clutter of our heart and mind so we can more fully see and follow Christ. God will soften our heart, quiets our soul, and revive our minds.

“even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.” John 14:17

JOURNALING REMINDS US OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS.

Journals also serve as reminders to our soul of God’s faithfulness. It is amazing to see all that God had transformed us.

Not only do we believe the Bible to be the true, unfailing Word of God, but we can have records of how the God of the Bible has been faithful to us and others, even in the moments where we were unable to see his hand at work. This is vital during times of suffering, trial, and doubt. These records are testimonies that God won’t forsake you in your wounding and suffering. Rather, he will move, he will be faithful, he will fulfill his Word in your life.

“The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.” Ps. 138:8

JOURNALING HELPS US FOCUS ON THE WILL OF GOD.

Often, when we come to read the Word of God, we come with a distracted mind. Thoughts, worries, and to-do lists come like rain in my mind, fighting to be front and center in our attention where Jesus rightly deserves first place. Journaling, while we are reading the Word of God, enables us to focus on Him, bring us thoughts in alignment with what He has said and expected of us.

Remember Sisters, as we meditate on the Word of God, journal,  and pray, we are building a deep relationship with God, which, over time, transforms our heart and life.

“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26

JOURNALING IS A HELPFUL DISCIPLINE THAT KEEPS US COMING BACK, DAY AFTER DAY, TO THE WORD OF GOD.

Each day when we open our Bible with the desire to know God better, we are living a gospel-centered life, where His presence abides in us throughout the day.

Discipline is obedience in the Christian life. It is showing our Father that we are wholly His. and it shines a light on what matters most in this life. Specifically, journaling while learning the will of our Father and His son Jesus Christ, we start to feel hunger for the deeper things of Christ. After all, the more you taste Jesus, the more the world will lose its flavor. You’ll start craving him more than any other thing.

“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6

So, we invite you to Open the Word today, Put a pen to paper and pour out our heart before God as He pours his Word back in.

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Isaiah 55:10–11

We’ll always reap a harvest when we read the Word of Truth, and over time, we’ll have a physical record of how God, all along, was changing us.

I hope this message can encourage you in your own journey.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 22:6

Hello Sisters.

How are doing?

We hope everyone is doing well.

We would like to share some amazing sites, that can help children to learn the bible in a more interactive way.

This is our favorite site to learn bible stories by theme.

Usually, we take time to every lesson until the children understand the lesson.

Also, they have the same activities in different languages.

If you know some more research to help our little ones to learn about God and his goodness, please share in the comments below.
